Meet The Home Inspector

Thomas Tadd

A-Z Quality Home Inspection was started in October of 2006. I started School for home inspections at Allied Home Inspection School in sunny California. Previous to that I worked in maintenance as a Head Custodian at the Washington County School District in St. George, Utah. I worked at several schools, including Panorama Elementary, where I am currently employed. Before becoming a Home Inspector, I also worked in construction.

Becoming a home inspector has been the most rewarding and fulfilling challenge. I get to meet lots of new people and find satisfaction in showing a variety of clients just what they are purchasing. Doing a home inspection is pretty technical. It takes a lot of extra education when you consider that in about 4-5 hours I evaluate a home that a team of contractors took 3-12 months to build!

My realtor recommended this company to me saying they would be very thorough, and he was right. Two guys came out, one did the inside while the other did the outside, and then they tag teamed the rest. They were able to explain everything that they were doing and why they did it. I felt very comfortable with them and loved that they were so informative. Their report had lots of pictures and was easy to understand. If I ever buy another house in the st George area I will definitely use them again.

Bryce is the most thorough inspector you could possibly hire. He was absolutely fantastic and went the extra mile when he discovered problems and he went back to the property to make sure the fixes were made. He will not miss anything and discovered problems with my roof that were subsequently repaired. He and his father Tom came to my property today to discuss some roofing problems and spent a lot of time examining and providing recommendations. Two of the nicest people I have ever met. You would be foolish to use any other service given the competence and willingness to spend whatever time necessary to see the problems corrected. Go with A-Z and you will be very very happy!
