Meet The Home Inspector

Thomas Tadd

A-Z Quality Home Inspection was started in October of 2006. I started School for home inspections at Allied Home Inspection School in sunny California. Previous to that I worked in maintenance as a Head Custodian at the Washington County School District in St. George, Utah. I worked at several schools, including Panorama Elementary, where I am currently employed. Before becoming a Home Inspector, I also worked in construction.

Becoming a home inspector has been the most rewarding and fulfilling challenge. I get to meet lots of new people and find satisfaction in showing a variety of clients just what they are purchasing. Doing a home inspection is pretty technical. It takes a lot of extra education when you consider that in about 4-5 hours I evaluate a home that a team of contractors took 3-12 months to build!

These guys are amazing. Never have I seen a more thorough, detailed inspection and report, complete with pictures and tons of tips as I walked through the inspection in person with Thomas and Aaron. Fast, friendly, communicative service. I feel confident I know almost everything that's going on in the house I'm under contract on. Would definitely recommend them for a truly high quality home inspection. Excellent all around!
